Rittner French Associates is an independent consultant and manufacturers representative for national manufacturers of the highest quality doors, frames, finish hardware, security products, and miscellaneous specialty equipment.

Originally a sole proprietorship, RFA was started by the late Ed French in the early 1940s, and was formerly known as Ed French Assoc. In 1974 the partnership was incorporated in the state of Michigan and renamed to Rittner French Associates., Inc.

The firm is currently staffed by quality certified architectural hardware and certified door consultants as well as electrical engineers, technicians and access control specialists with an excess of 120 years experience in the doors, frames, and access control industries.

RFA maintains an industry library of manufacturers products and services as well as fire, building, and handicap codes for national, state, and local requirements. This library and our staff are available to help research and solve your most unusual applications and problems.

We are most willing and able to provide complete specification services covering areas from doors, frames, finish hardware, and access control to washroom accessories and toilet and shower compartments.

Through factory training sessions and in-house seminars, all RFA personnel are continually kept abreast with the latest industry technology
to better serve the distributor, architect and end user.
